About Mrs. Dillman

I am so excited to share a little bit about myself with you. I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. I attended Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX. I graduated in 2008 with my bachelor's degree in Marketing and worked in corporate america for a few years. Shortly after working for a great company, I realized that I needed to make a career change as I wasn't finding joy in my job. I have always had a huge passion for children and teaching and knew that I wanted to become a teacher. I went back to school and completed my teaching certification for Early Childhood through 4th grade. I am so happy to be able to touch lives everyday and find pure joy in my job. It is such a joy to watch the students grow academically and socially. This is my second year at Williams Elementary and I am so honored to be a Mustang. Prior to coming to Williams, I taught in Houston ISD for three years. I taught Kindergarten for one year before moving to second grade. I taught second grade for three years and am SO excited to be moving back to Kindergarten this school year.
I am happily married to my sweet husband, Andrew. Recently, we celebrated our 6 year anniversary. Also, we have a beautiful daughter named Harper. She is the light of our world and we are so blessed to be her mommy and daddy. My family is my world and I am so thankful for their love and support. We also have a sweet, fun, loving, energetic boxer named Rollie. He is three years old and such a goofball.
Thank you so much for letting me tell you a little bit about myself. Again, I am so excited to have your child in my class! We will have a GREAT school year!

My goal is to help your child achieve their full potential emotionally, intellectually, and socially. I will provide your child with creative, hands-on activities, and of course challenging but engaging lessons. I am so excited to see the growth in my students over this school year! Thank you so much for sharing your child with me!
