Angela Martinez
Hello WES family! I am Angela Martinez and am the principal at Williams Elementary. I have previously served as an administrator in MISD at Ellisor Elementary and Magnolia Intermediate. I attended Sam Houston State University and am a resident of Magnolia. Both of my sons attend MISD and keep me busy with their school activities. I am thrilled to be a part of the Williams Elementary community and look forward to working with the students, parents, and staff.

Natashia Foglesong
Hello WES families! I’m Natashia Foglesong, and I’m honored to serve as one of the Assistant Principals at Williams Elementary. Returning to WES is a full-circle moment for me—I began my career in Magnolia ISD right here as a 5th grade teacher. This school has always felt like my home away from home. As a proud Mustang mom myself, I’ve had the joy of watching both of my children grow from WES Kindergarteners to Seniors at Magnolia West.
My goal is to support everyone on our campus, and to help create an environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and inspired to grow. Please feel free to reach out—I’m here to serve and support in any way I can.

Jennifer Hoke
It is an honor to have the opportunity to serve our WES community in this role. I have over 29 years of experience in education and have been with Magnolia ISD for nine years. My husband and I moved our family to the Magnolia area, knowing that Magnolia ISD would be an excellent school district that would give our children opportunities to grow, learn, and be a part of a wonderful community. Our boys graduated from Magnolia West High School and continue to live and work in the area. My husband and I enjoy attending Texas A&M football and baseball games. We like to participate in chili cook-offs in the area and garden and experiment with new recipes in the kitchen. I look forward to leading and growing the students at Williams! Go Mustangs!
