It is an honor to serve as the principal of Williams Elementary. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Mustang family and to serve this incredible school community.
Education has been my passion for nearly two decades. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and began my teaching career in 2007 in Cypress-Fairbanks ISD. After teaching kindergarten and third grade, I transitioned into school leadership as an assistant principal. During my time in CFISD, I also earned my Master's Degree from Walden University with a focus on reading and mathematics.
Having served as an assistant principal across multiple campuses, I am excited to lead Williams Elementary. These experiences have strengthened my belief that every child can succeed when schools and families work together to create a supportive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
Magnolia ISD has been an incredible experience for my family and me. My husband, Jeremy, and our two boys are excited to continue growing our roots in the Magnolia community. We have been welcomed with open arms, and we look forward to building lasting relationships and becoming even more involved in our community.
Building strong relationships with students, families, and staff is at the heart of my work. I look forward to celebrating our students' achievements, supporting their growth, and partnering with our families to ensure every child feels valued, challenged, and inspired.
I am excited for the journey ahead and all that we will accomplish together as Mustangs!

Hello, WES families! I’m Natashia Foglesong, and I’m truly honored to serve as one of the Assistant Principals at Williams Elementary.
Returning to WES is such a special, full-circle moment for me. I began my career in Magnolia ISD right here at Williams as a 5th grade teacher, and this campus has always held a special place in my heart—it truly feels like home.
I’m also a proud Mustang mom! Both of my children started their journey as WES kindergarteners and went on to graduate from Magnolia West, so I’ve had the privilege of experiencing this community both as an educator and as a parent.
My goal is to support our entire WES community and help create a campus where every student, staff member, and family feels seen, valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

My name is Nina Martinez, and I am absolutely honored to serve as your Assistant Principal.
I have been a dedicated educator since 2013, building a diverse professional foundation after earning my Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University and my Master's degree from Texas A&M International University. Throughout my career, I have served across multiple elementary grade levels and SPED settings. A significant portion of my career has been dedicated to behavioral leadership, serving in both campus and district-level capacities as a Behavior Teacher/Specialist.
As your Assistant Principal, I am deeply passionate about supporting staff, fostering a strong and positive campus culture, and ensuring a safe, happy, and healthy community where all students can learn and grow.
On a personal note, education is at the heart of our household—my wonderful husband also serves as an Assistant Principal for Magnolia ISD. Together, we have four beautiful children whom we are proud to be raising right here in our school district.
I am so eager to begin building strong relationships with the entire WES family, and I am ready to serve you!

As I enter my twelfth year in education, I am honored to serve as the Academic Coordinator for our school community. My career has been defined by a wide range of experiences, having taught across all four core content areas and served within the special education department. These diverse roles have shaped my perspective as an educator and reinforced my fundamental belief that every student is capable of learning. I believe our greatest responsibility is to provide students with the specific "keys" they need to unlock their own doors to success.
For the past five years, I have had the privilege of calling Magnolia home. This community is where my husband, Blake, and I have chosen to raise our family and plant our roots. Our two children, Lyla and Cooper, keep us busy and remind us daily of the importance of the work we do in our schools.
When I am not on campus, I cherish the time spent with my family. We love exploring the beauty of Texas through frequent day trips, and at home, we enjoy the simple rhythms of gardening and cooking together. I look forward to another year of partnership with our families and helping our students reach their highest potential.
Counselor
Welcome to the new school year! My name is Claudia Gonzales, and I am thrilled to serve as your child’s school counselor at Williams Elementary School. My primary goal is to support the academic, social, and emotional development of every student. I work alongside teachers, administrators, and families to ensure our students have a safe, positive, and successful school experience.
